About the Opportunity
The Interactive Developer position is responsible for design, development, deployment, and production support for a transactional middle tier, XML service layer, batch file import and extract, and browser based applications. The ability to work in a team environment and take initiative is necessary. Candidate will focus on developing in a multi-tiered environment. Prior experience with enterprise class application development is a plus. Candidate will design and develop software to support Real Time transactions and transactions sourced from files. Applications supported include a custom data retrieval application, XML web service integration to a high volume web site, enterprise application GUI interface, and several file extract based integrations. Strong understanding of Object Oriented concepts, problem solving and SQL skills required. .NET 4.0, WCF, MVC, JQuery, Ajax experience a plus. The candidate should be able to multi-task, work under pressure and switch focus on project priorities, have strong listening skills, attention to detail and good communication skills.
