IT Support Specialist/Systems Administrator

We are Global organization looking for an IT Support Specialist to handle escalated issues from our Help Desk along with providing onsite support to our Dallas office. You will need to be an expert with Microsoft Office, Active Directory, imaging, peripheral troubleshooting, A/V Setup, and an expert at resolving hardware and software issues. This position will require you to be in the office from 8:30-5:00 and sometimes after hours support might be needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure support levels continually meet and exceed SLA requirements.
• Assist with root cause analysis and implementing fixes in a timely manner.
• Application support for Microsoft windows environment and Microsoft desktop applications.
• Support the imaging and desktop deployment process to company standards.
• Install, support, troubleshoot, and maintain the network printers and peripheral devices of all kinds.
• Should be competent in supporting a wide variety of Mobile Devices.
• Ensure established company policies and procedures are followed.
• Document technical and system procedures for ongoing application maintenance/support.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related subject.
• Strong and demonstrated enterprise experience in desktop troubleshooting, problem diagnosis, migration planning, design and implementation.
• Strong experience with Operating Systems and with OS upgrades (Windows and Mac).
• Expert level smart phone ant tablet knowledge.
• Strong experience in troubleshooting Office/Outlook for Mac and Windows and working knowledge of Exchange 2007.
• Strong demonstrated experience with Active Directory and laptop/desktop/printer hardware architecture.
• Strong demonstrated experience in end user device technologies, asset management systems, security tools, desktop deployment and annual refresh strategies, and utilities related to desktop service.
• Experience in collaboration technologies including products such as SharePoint, Video Conferencing, desktop Video Conferencing, WebEx technologies, Instant Messaging, etc.
