NETWORK ENGINEER: Multiple opportunities in the US and abroad

DUTIES:
1.   Gathering and documenting existing client network and device information into a workbook that will be leveraged to develop the migration plan and network design.
2.   NW engineering in the development and implementation of the Engineering Work Order (EWO) for Router and switch and cable changes. Device configuration
3.   Entry Level experience with network engineering and architecture skills.
4.   Ability to support a team of network engineers and client accounts in the network transformation effort.
5.   Strong requirements gathering and documentation of network environments.
6.   Conduct network  troubleshooting.
7.  Travel may be required

REQUIRED:
1.   Formal network education (CCNA desired, or higher education) or at least 4 years experience in network engineering and documentation.
2.   Strong knowledge of networking hardware, including Routers, Switches (Cisco and HPN)
3.   Expert level capabilities within the Microsoft Office suite of tools, especially Excel and Visio.
4.   Professional attention to detail and with sense of urgency.
5.   Strong knowledge of IP, including TCP, UDP, NATing, OSPF, and BGP.
6.  Knowledge of IOS stack layer 1, 2, 3
7. WAN/LAN design

EDUCATION:
Higher education required (Associate or Bachelor degree in a technical field). This requirement can be waived at hiring mangers discretion if work experience and/or history are applicable.
