Qualifications/Duties
Texas Health Organization of Physicians is seeking a PROJECT PCP NETWORKS COORDINATOR.
Home office located at THPG- Northpoint 1; Dallas off LBJ Freeway/Greenville
EDUCATION:
High School Diploma/GED or equivalent.
EXPERIENCE:
3-5 years of Medical Office Experience. Advanced computer skills and database experience preferred.
SKILLS:
Self motivated, strong organizational skills, ability to multi-task and set priorities
Computer Skills: Excel, Power Point, Word, Outlook
Data entry, database management
Analytical, accurate, efficient and dependable
Customer service orientated with strong written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
Adapts readily to change, Works well in a team environment
Knowledge and experience with electronic medical record software (Epic, Allscripts, Nexgen), Flowcast preferred.
Understanding of medical terminology and concepts
SUMMARY:
This position will provide information on the quality and continuity of care that patients are receiving from specialists within the guidelines of compliance and governance protocols of Patient Navigator. The PN Project Coordinator will assist the Director of PCP Networks and Team lead by maintaining the data base and optimizing information for analysis.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
*40% - Coordinate special projects requiring data collection from computer based software programs including EMR and cloud based databases.
*20% - Provide specialized reports and correspondence to supervisors utilizing the EMR and tracking database.
*20% - Communicate and contact physicians' offices and patients to obtain information.
*10% - Update and maintain database.
*10% - Process data from established reports
