About the Opportunity
The Sr. BSA will work closely with the Operations team as well as the multiple client technical teams to support the clients' solutions. The BSA is reponsible for understanding the clients' business requirements; creating and executing test plans; developing quality assurance methodologies; assisting in implementation support; proactively identifying areas for improved processes and operational efficiency; identifying and researching any data and/or functional discrepancies and escalating issues to team members when necessary. The BSA will collect and maintain documentation and ensure its completeness; lead internal team meetings; identify and communicate project related tasks and possible solutions; and prioritize project requests and manage client expectations. The BSA/QA will be expected to be familiar with multiple client solutions and environments.

Effective customer service and business analysis skills are required. This position requires an individual who can effectively multitask, learn the business (solutions and environments) quickly and be proactive with client teams - driving toward decision/resolution on open issues, always seeking the business context around an operational request. Attention to detail, strong listening skills and excellent communication skills are required

* Understanding of Operations and SDLC processes

* Proficiency with SQL (Oracle a plus) and experience with relational database concepts
* Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project, Visio)
* Familiarity with Microsoft Windows Server support a plus
* Abilty to work in a fast-paced work environment with multiple clients
* Position requires someone who is motivated, a quick learner, and willing to take ownership of responsibilities
