Senior Program Manager - Big Data

Immediate opportunity. April/May 2013 start date.
Seeking Senior Program Manager with significant project/program management, business management, technology and SDLC delivery experience. Must have superior leadership, analytical, communication, facilitation, and presentation delivery skills. Major industry experience and/or consulting experience with big data, customer experience, business intelligence, analytics, data warehouses and data management preferred.
Experience in life cycle IT delivery, program and project management, business process improvement, financial management, business metrics, roadmap and business case development, solution development, detailed implementation planning, hands-on implementation and execution, and vendor management. Ability to deliver measurable change in a dynamic technical environment. Facilitator and change manager.
Manage large IT programs and project portfolios in our client's (Telco, Finance, Retail & Oil/Gas) environments. Consulting and client service delivery role. Work with WNA and clients to develop and deliver big data solutions.
10 - 25+ years business, technology experience. Bachelor's degree required. Graduate degree and/or PMI certification or commensurate Program Management experience desired. Knowledge and experience with Quality programs (Six Sigma, TQM, Kanban, etc.) and business process improvement methodology. Financial budgeting and project financial management experience. Familiar with current software technologies and formal requirements development methodology.
Some travel may be required.
Location:
Dallas, Texas (must be local; may consider candidates who can immediately relocate to Dallas from other US cities).
Compensation:
$125K-$175K commensurate with skills and experience.
Timing/Duration: April/May 2013 Start. Permanent position or multi-year contract.
