We are willing to offer excellent compensation packages, including a base salary that ranges between $100-$160k, including great benefits with Bonuses and Equity options as well
Responsibilities:
- Web application programming coupled with Test-driven development
- Collaboration with other functional groups - design, product management and marketing
- Working in a pair programming environment while having active contributions to the continual improvement of process and product
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience working with Ruby
- Experience with software development - SaaS, multi-tiered web based applications and/or enterprise platforms
- Strong experience with open source technologies such as Apache, FreeSWITCH, Memcached, and MySQL
