We are seeking a local, experienced IT Business Analyst to add to our team. Our ideal candidate will be motivated and have the ability to wear many hats at once, as well as be able to thrive in a high-energy start-up environment.
What you need for this position:
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
- 2+ years working on projects including identifying requirements, performing requirements analysis, and providing technical documentation
- Familiarity with web based applications and working in an Agile environment
What you'll be doing:
- Gathering, driving and documenting stakeholder requirements and product vision through the planning, analysis, development, and testing phases
- Establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels of customers and technology staff
- Contributing to the user acceptance testing process
- Assisting with system integration testing and validation of newly developed applications and document issues/defects
