Software Engineer (Summer Internship)

SRC is seeking a software engineering intern to design and develop some of the world's most advanced radar analysis tools and electronic warfare systems. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to
- Work with engineers and analysts to implement signal processing algorithms
- Develop tools for waveform analysis and visualization
- Plan and conduct software tests
- Working independently and collaboratively in a project team
- Reporting status of technical work and project progress
- Full life cycle software development including delivery cycle and documentation development

Position Requirements
- Completed two years of college and currently enrolled in an academic program focused in computer science, computer engineering or software engineering
- Minimum grade point average of 3.4/4.0 preferred
- Applied knowledge and experience of Object Oriented Design
- Applied knowledge and experience performing Java and/or Python programming
- Open GL, 3D visualization is strongly desired
- Knowledge of SQL, Eclipse RCP and Service Oriented Architecture is a plus
