We need additional Senior Level management and looking for a VP of Operations to oversee all of our IT, Development, and PM Operations. A qualified candidate will take charge and spearhead our client and company solutions, which include but are not limited to SDLC, QA, deployment, security, maintenance, IT Support as well as hosting.
You will be the direct supervisor of the entire IT and Project Management Departments and work in conjunction with the CTO to deliver high level software solutions for all clients - on time and on budget.

What is needed for this position:
- Bachelor†s Degree (MBA is plus)
- CISP certification is a plus
- 15+ of Senior Level IT Management and Operations (VP, Director, Manager, etc.)
- 10+ years managing large scale, complex information system program & projects
- 10+ experience of SDLC, QA, Hosting, Security, IT Services
- 10+ managing web development projects (dynamic websites, web services, personalization, web analytics, and content management solutions)
- 10+ years†experience in web technologies: HTML, C#, ASP.Net, WebServices, Javascript, HTTP, HTTPS as well as SQL Server
- Strong Knowledge of SasS and hosted solutions
- Expert understanding of Agile and Scrum Methodologies
- Experience working in a small to mid-sized company is a plus
- †Hands-on†approach to managing departments
- Outgoing personality and ability to work well with others and clients
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
What you will be doing:
- You will provide the supervision and leadership of all facets of the IT Department and Project Management
- You will be responsible for internal management of development teams to successfully complete software and website development projects
- As the VP, you will express operational vision, which is clear and realistic, based on client requirements and technology direction
- You will build and maintain effective relationships for all internal team members, business units, and clients
- You will work directly with the CTO, strategizing architecture development, improving operational and development efficiencies, and establishing best practice methodologies
