FINANCIAL ADVISORY CONSULTING ASSOCIATE - BUSINESS VALUATION

We are seeking an Associate in our Valuation Advisory Services group to join the growing Denver, Colorado practice. The Valuation Associate will primarily be responsible for performing valuations of equity interests and assets associated with public and privately held companies. This position will report directly to the practice leader in Denver.

Responsibilities:

- Gathering financial/market data and subject company information
- Building financial models
- Performing financial analysis
- Applying valuation methodologies
- Writing business valuation and litigation support reports, including economic, industry, and company analysis, and application of valuation methodology.
- Performing valuation reviews for Audit Assist purposes

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelors Degree, with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced knowledge of valuation theory, strong writing skills, and ability to direct others in completing segments of valuation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

- Hands on experience regarding Fair Value and Fair Market Value is a plus
- ASA, CFA, MBA, CVA and/or CPA is a plus
