Key Role:
Develop Remedy and RNT application solutions to increase business process automation. Support the documentation of processes and prioritization of automation opportunities. Document technical requirements, assess workflow options within different systems, and recommend the best-fit system. Implement workflow requirements in the chosen system, including Remedy, RNT, and Microsoft Excel macros and develop documentation to inform maintenance support. Develop process to measure success of automation. Perform RightNow Technologies CRM administration, including configuring, maintaining, enhancing, and deploying incident management capabilities entailing custom workspaces, workflow, business rules, scripts, guided assistance, custom objects, and other RNT system capabilities. Administer and configure accounts, contacts, service level agreements, polling rules, incident statuses, products, categories, queues, profiles, and navigation sets. Develop analytics reports for performance metrics in support of resource management initiatives.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-7+ years of experience in developing software applications with dynamic form-based user interfaces, workflow to support business processes, and integration across multiple systems-3+ years of experience with BMC Remedy custom application development, including v7.0 or greater and Current RAC, including Remedy Approved Consultant-Experience with building and maintaining client relationships in a team-based government or professional services environment-Experience in supporting all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) with minimal supervision, including requirements gathering and documentation for custom application development and development, documentation, and presentation of design plans to clients that illustrate proposed implementation of all user interfaces and integration touch points-Ability to construct advanced SQL queries for database views and reports and translate requirements into application design using best practice technical solutions-Ability to communicate proposed application design to stakeholders with limited technical knowledge to client leadership and technical staff-Ability to troubleshoot applications at the user, workflow, and database level-Ability to pay strict attention to detail, self-initiative, and a commitment to upholding a standard of excellence-Secret clearance-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:-3+ years of experience with relational database management system development-Experience with RightNow Technologies CRM for August 2009 release or greater, Visual Studio 2010, C#, or VB.NET application development, and Microsoft Excel VBA for 2007 or greater-Experience with developing and maintaining application versions across multiple environments and baselines-Knowledge of ASP, JavaScript, and HTML-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-Remedy Skilled Professional (RSP) Certification preferred
