Senior Service Oriented Architecture Developer
The developer will be responsible for tasks that involve core SOA development - Web Services, creating Workflow processes etc. In addition, s/he will design, code, unit test, install, deploy, document and support daily software operations for a set of application components in the in the Healthcare Insurance industry. Prior experience working with Oracle Fusion Middleware is a plus.

Required Skills and Responsibilities:
- 3+ years of Service Oriented Architecture development experience (preferably with Oracle Fusion Middleware)
- 5+ years of experience working with relational databases (preferably Oracle 11g)
- 3+ years of experience developing web services in a Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using protocols such as SOAP and REST
- Design and Develop Human Workflow using SOA 11g.
- Development experience working with Integrated Development Environments (IDE) such as Eclipse and JDeveloper
- 5+ years of development experience working on Windows and Unix-based operating systems
- Use Object Oriented methodologies and languages like Java in context of the above-mentioned frameworks to develop modules.
- Advanced Unix Shell Scripting skills
- Solid experience in Object Oriented design/development/analysis, UML modeling and Design patterns such as Model-View-Controller (MVC)
- Strong technical writing experience creating detailed design documentation and technical specifications
- Experienced in software design, development and business modeling of Web applications, Client/Server systems, Distributed Applications and other custom-built functionality
- The ability to work independently and prioritize assigned tasks based on project demands
- Excellent oral and written communication skills

Skills:

- Develop Oracle ADF BC Components (Entity Objects, View Objects, Entity Object Validations using Groovy, Application Modules)
- Develop Oracle ADF UI Components (Task flows, Pages, Page Fragments, Menus)
- Maintain and monitor the installation and deployment of application components to various environments
- 5+ years configuring WebLogic (or similar) Application Server
- Experience with developing Business Process Models (BPM) and working with Workflow software. Knowledge of Oracle BPM software is a plus. Will consider candidates with similar experience levels using comparable workflow software eg Pega
- Experience with developing and configuring centralized Business Rules and Decision Trees. Knowledge of Oracle Business Rules would be a plus. Will consider candidates with similar experience levels using comparable BRE software eg Drools
- Experience working in the Insurance or Healthcare industry
- Experience working with Eligibility services
Education:
