QA Tester-Software Tester with Automation for growing company! Manual Tester, QA tester, Software Tester, Bug Tracking, validation testing, .NET development, Jira We are a fast growing E-commerce company and we are extremely profitable! We have an exciting environment with Microsoft Gold partner status. We are looking for several QA Testers to add to our growing team of Automated and Manual testers. This is a contract position for 6 + months. We have positions at all levels for Automated and Manual QA Testers. From very senior level to mid level with 2-3 + years of experience. (No Corp to Corp please. )
What you need for this position:
- At least 2-3+years of QA Testing experience with a mix of automated and/or manual testing
- BS degree in Computer Science or similar from an accredited University
- Good understanding of programming architecture and SDLC preferably in C#.NET environments
- Must be able to create test cases and scripts
- SQL Server and other MS technologies
- Automated testing background or Manual Testing or a mix of both
- Bug tracking with tools like Jira
- Strong understanding of SDLC and QA lifecycle
- Previous experience testing high traffic websites is a huge plus
- Unit testing is a huge plus
What you will be doing:
- Executing test iterations, tracking/reporting results, troubleshooting and coordinating defect resolution
- Design and create test conditions and scripts
- Build test cases and build scripts
- Performing testing and validation functions
- Document, track and escalate issues
- Validation testing
