We are seeking Tier III Software Support Consultant for a Temp to Hire role in Duluth, GA.
- Must show proof of experience with Tier III remote customer-facing phone-based deep level technical complex client/server software application support.
- Must have experience with the following Systems: Windows Server 2003/2008, XP/Vista, 7, Linux using command line interface, PostgreSQL, SQL, Apache Web Server, IIS, Shell scripting, XML, PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor, SOAP, VMware, MS Virtual Server, Sun VirtualBox, troubleshooting software written in the C' programming language
- Must have 3 to 7 Years of solid customer-facing, phone based technical support experience. Education can supplement work experience.
- Must have a High School Diploma, Bachelors Degree Preferred.
- Must be willing to work a rotating, variable, and sometimes irregular, work schedule. 24x7 On-call Shifts will be required on a rotating basis.
