RESPONSIBILITIES: Primary responsibility is to provide network security customer support in a shared environment supporting multiple customers in a Fault Management and MACD Change Management operations support structure for a large number of clientele.
SKILLSRequired: TCP/IP, Checkpoint Firewall, Security Technology/Experience, Customer Service. 2-4+ years experience with Cisco PIX Firewall and Checkpoint NG (Next Generation) Firewall experience. 4+ years experience with Cisco Router configuration and troubleshooting experience. 1+ years experience with Unix. Desired: Blue Coat Proxy, VPN, Intrusion Detection. Lucent Brick Firewall, Juniper Netscreen Firewall, Cisco IDS experience, CISSP, all Cisco certifications, Checkpoint CCSA and/or CCSE preferred.
