    As part of the UX COE, the role is a trusted partner with key business & IT stakeholders and members across the UX team to deliver UX strategies, customer journeys, roadmaps, and to lead strategic execution to develop modern, user-friendly experiences based on customer & business goals for the GE Fleet business. The ideal candidate has deep knowledge & experience in all aspects of UX design, and has great soft skills to facilitate UX engagement discussions at all levels of the organization. Essential Responsibilities: Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Develops and maintains key relationships with business & IT leaders and UX team members to define and plan user experience strategies & execute on solutions.
  • Conducts and facilitates stakeholder and customer discussions
  • Provides interaction design expertise to ensure solutions meet customer and business goals
  • Lead team processes to design, develop and implement technical solutions to support client business requirements for web design needs
  • Responsible for leading project teams to create user-centered designs by considering market analysis, data, customer feedback, and technical constraints/opportunities
  • Lead research to optimizing text and images for mobile and web
  • Evaluates, selects and implements web technology and tools to enable delivery of an exceptional user experience Identifies industry best-in-class practices and manages relationships with cross business internal teams and external vendors Qualifications/Requirements: Qualification/Requirements

  • Bachelors degree (or 4 years equivalent working experience) with 5+ years of IT experience
