Analyze user reqmts, procedures & problems to automate processing, design & develop various platforms to improve existing comp sys. Formulate plans & write business/functional specs outlining steps required to develop prog using structured analysis & design in add to prep flowcharts & diagrams to convert project specs into detailed instructions & logical steps for coding into languages processed by comp. Define sys, network infrastructure & bandwidth reqmts for various sys. Design & implement solutions for distributed application & database integration. Interface Real Time apps w/external data providers & distributors. Track & comm project status, issues, risks, development effort to senior mgmt. Use object-oriented methodologies to design & develop multi-threaded apps for Real Time computing & data distribution. Review comp sys capabilities, workflow & scheduling limitations. Provide direction & leadership to 3 team members. Exp must include: C++, ASP, VB, ASP.Net, Crystal Reports, CSS, XML, XSLT, MS Visio, Javascript, SQL Server. Reqd: Bachelor or for. equiv. in Comp. Sci., Engg(Any), Math or related & 5 yrs. of post-baccalaureate progressive IT exp. in offered or as Comp/Engg Professional; Hrs. 9AM-5PM; M-F; $109,OOO/yr; Job locations in Edison, NJ & travel to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. for different short & long term assignments. Any suitable comb. of edu.,training, & exp. is acceptable.
