That is why we are currently looking for a Senior Business Analyst to assist in the executing and implementation of technology solutions surrounding our internal business partners.

As the Business Analyst you will be responsible for designing, executing, and implementing solutions to our internal business partners in accordance with their strategic goals and corporate vision. You will provide solid requirement analysis, project management, and systems development processes and discipline to ensure the effectiveness and timeliness of our solutions and ensuring clear expectations for solutions delivery.

Primary Job Responsibilities/Functions:

  • Support the needs of each business unit, ensuring their needs and resources are appropriately met to their satisfaction.
  • Lend data analysis to each business unit to help assess and design requirements for enhancements.
  • Work with technical staff to create estimate of resources required for completion of objectives.
  • Determine resource needs for partner projects and provide resource availability. Work with outside vendors when appropriate to augment internal staff.
  • Help to create project plans in conjunction with technical staff to outline the necessary tasks and sub-tasks for project completion.
  • Acts as primary Project Manager specific projects as well as coordinates IT involvement in Business Unit projects with the Project Sponsors.
  • Facilitates design meetings with user groups and technical staff to understand business needs.
  • Create a financial analysis of project requests to determine ROI and feasibility.
  • Create detailed project plans and schedules with estimated delivery dates and frequent milestones.
  • Works with management team to set prioritization of projects.
  • Utilize a project management process for the IT components dependent upon the type of project.
  • Provide weekly communication with business units on project progress
  • Work with development staff to ensure milestones are met.
  • Develop and maintain reports that measure the quality of all software solutions and new releases of enhancements.
  • Follow the guidelines of the IT Project Management Methodology and ensure all steps are adhered to for IT related projects.
  • Evaluates effectiveness of project life cycle, analysing results achieved vs. results expected.
  • Provide First Level testing of all changes and coordinate acceptance testing of all changes prior to implementation.


Essential Education/Training/Work Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • General PC office skills with: MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Outlook.
