Job Description Masco Contractor Services, in Daytona Beach, FL, is looking for a Business Intelligence Lead who will be able to lead, and develop BI solutions using Microsoft Business Intelligence tools and underlying technologies like SSIS, SSRS, SSAS Excel Services, and PerformancePoint.

Principle Duties/Essential Functions:
Ø Work with business users and other stakeholders to understand business processes, gather and document project requirements and translate them into functional and non-functional specifications for BI solutions.
Ø Develop reports and dashboards using Reporting Services (SSRS) and either Tableau/Qlikview from a variety of data sources including Analysis Services Cubes and relational databases.
Ø Utilize Analysis Services (SSAS) to design multi-dimensional models, including the construction of Data View, Dimensions, and Cubes while adhering to enforced development methodologies.
Ø Create ad-hoc queries and reports as requested and provide on-going analytical support for these requests. Convert existing reports in oracle and related applications to a standardized reporting infrastructure using SQL and Microsoft products.
Ø Identify data quality issues and support the data governance initiative by participating in necessary activities including data profiling.
Ø Participate in evaluating and analyzing utilities and tools offered by BI applications/tools vendors.
Ø Lead and manage offshore team members in developing solutions
Ø Prepare technical documentation.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ø Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server 2005/2008/2010
Ø Knowledge of OLAP/MOLAP technologies and dimensional modeling, including applicability to various reporting problems.
Ø Experience in building cubes and programming complex SQL queries and stored procedures.
Ø Programming experience with ASP.Net, JavaScript, and XML is preferred.
Ø Proficiency with MS Excel, Access, Visio, and Project is desired
Ø Knowledge of reporting dashboard tool Tableau/Qlickview preferred
Ø Good communication skills
Education and Experience:
Ø Bachelor's degree, preferably in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience
Ø At least 4 ~ 5 years of experience building business Intelligence solutions (OLAP databases, reports, dashboards, scorecards) using Microsoft Business Intelligence technology stack (SSIS, SSRS, SSAS, and MDX) in a medium-scale data warehousing environment.
