Consulting - Manager - Infrastructure Manager

McGladrey is a leading provider of professional services to mid-market companies across the U.S. We currently have a Full time opening for an Infrastructure Manager to join our Technology Advisory practice based in Florida.

Knowledge & Experience

5+ years experience managing and delivering infrastructure teams and operational excellence.

- Substantial knowledge of a wide variety of infrastructure related technologies, the current trends the marketplace and be able to convey these issues clients.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure issues/approaches related to cloud computing.
- Knowledge of IT infrastructure emerging technologies and trends.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
- Highly self-motivated and directed.
- Keen attention to detail and proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to articulate technical strategies or issues to C-Level executives.
- Ability to collaborate with all levels of management of both internal and external stakeholders.
- Excellent strategic and analytical skills with the ability to demonstrate mature, solid and professional problem solving skills are a must.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree. Advanced degree highly desirable.
- 5+ years of experience of infrastructure knowledge/support with at least 3 years of management experience.
- Must have demonstrated ability to identify and develop client requirements and critical success factors and negotiate large, complex solutions with the most senior levels at the client.
