Responsibilities
  • Partners with business/user group representatives to understand business processes and underlying informational and/or process automation needs, then translates those needs into formal, documented business requirements.
  • Prioritizes requirements based on business benefit/impact and cost.
  • Develops estimates and plans resource effort.
  • Identifies and tracks issues and risks related to project or system.
  • May be responsible for fulfilling project management/governance responsibilities.
SKILLS

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Decisive decision-making and negotiation skills are required. Must excel at relationship management with good prioritization, Project Management life cycle, and issue management resolution skills. The candidate must be organized, a quick learner, and have excellent customer service and technical skills. The candidate must also have strong leadership, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
