Responsibilities:
-Be part of client facing sales team(s) with longer term career development into member of client facing sales team.
-Assist in development of sales strategies based upon the utilization of data analysis, research, etc.
-Prepare superior sales presentations
-Provide genuine foresight to help drive business development while continually monitoring and advising on research and data impacting Visa's business
-Assist in market/client research and opportunity analysis
-Participate in multi-faceted projects including industry strategy development and implementation
-Create internal and client facing sales tools to better understand performance to goals
-Drive process improvement through new analytic approaches and creative thinking
-Interface with other departments within Visa that are essential in supporting the team's efforts.
-Provide best practice research solutions and deliver clear and insightful summaries of business performance

- Data analytics to support profitable achievement of sales goals
- Thought leadership - develop Visa Acquirer POV to enhance business and product development
- Coordinated outreach to the client acceptance community to further Visa goals
Qualifications
-BA/BS in Business, Marketing, Finance
-MBA preferred
-3-5 years of experience performing advanced data analysis
-2-3 years of investment banking or consulting experience
-2-3 years of sales experience, preferred
-Excellent professional and academic track record
-Strong knowledge of Visa products and services preferred
-Superior analytical, project management and communication skills
-Superior presentation skills required
-Excellent written and verbal communications skills
-Superior MS PowerPoint, Excel and Word skills required
-Visual Basic, SQL, MS Access, and familiarity with Visa's internal MARS database helpful, but not required
-Ability to distill complex data and analysis into clear and actionable sales recommendations
-Demonstrated ability to package information in a clear, concise and compelling format that supports the sales strategy
-Demonstrated flexibility, high energy, desire to win and a collaborative approach to achieving goals.
-High level of integrity and honesty
