We consider the unique views and opinions of our Associates to be key to our growth and success in the future.DescriptionManager of Marketing Database AnalyticsJob Summary:Manages TJX Corporate Database Analysis Team in developing, executing and measuring CRM programs (Direct Mail, Email, Mobile & Customer Loyalty Programs) that drive profitable incremental sales. Plays an integral role in measuring CRM marketing strategies for all of the TJX divisions. Oversees the TJX customer database.Responsibilities:
* Manages analysis of all customer marketing efforts, working with CRM Manager and Supervisors to ensure analyses are accurate and actionable.
* Manages presentation of analyses to corporate partners.
* Leverage customer database to drive strategic business insight across all TJX divisions.
* Act as marketing lead for database, PII and privacy initiatives working with TJX Legal, IT, and vendors.
* Manage customer database agency relationship.
* Lead, direct and develop Database Analysis team of current business operating metrics, focused on developing performance metrics around the lifecycle of new and active loyalty and private label (TJX) credit card memberships.
* Ensures professional and technical development of staff through education, evaluation and training.
* Analyze, interpret, develop strategy and provide recommendations to increase loyalty and private credit card member engagement and experience.
* Create concepts, justify business cases and manage the implementation of changes to the analytic processes to improve customer engagement, experience and value metrics.
* Provide timely insights, analytical and strategic support to effective direct marketing business decision-making.
* Lead and direct analysis of consumer and member behavior.
* Identify key success indicators and determine best practices for measurement and reporting, as well as provide insight for future strategic opportunities.
* Assists AVP in assessing growth opportunities for TJX Loyalty initiativesRequirements:
* Ten+ years of directly related experience, with no less than 5+ years of direct responsibility of leading, developing and directing others within one's team either on retail-client side or agency with retail clients.
* HIGHLY analytical and strategic position!
* Must be analytical with superior interpretation skills of analyses in order to build a strategy of next steps and be able to present a "big picture" innovative strategy to senior management.
* Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.Detailed knowledge of database marketing.
* Proven track record of influencing across organizations and functions.
* Strong knowledge of retail business; FASHION RETAIL IS A HUGE PLUS!
* Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
* Ability to work with creative organizations and outside agencies/vendors.
* Affinity for dynamic, fast paced work environment.
* Superior communication and team building skills.
