Description:

CACI is seeking a highly qualified SQL Server Developer with 5 plus years experience in Data modelling design, implementation and system administration using MS SQL Server 2008 and 2012 to support the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention in Atlanta Georgia. This individual should have knowledge in planning, analysis, design & implementation of databases to include: the maintenance and performance tuning of small and very large databases.

Technical responsibilities should include:

- Administration of SQL Server Database Security environments using Profiles, database Privileges and Roles.
- The ability to enhance the old logical and physical database design to fit new business requirement using Erwin, and implemented the new design in SQL Server 2008
- The ability to define and modifying schemas in development databases
- The ability to optimize stored procedures, performance tuning and index tuning using index tuning wizards and SQL Profiler
- Experience with SQL Server tools: Management Studio, Data Migration, Reporting Service, Integration Service
- Experience with SSIS (SQL Server Integrated Services) packages
- The capability to optimize ongoing database operations as needed to resolve business problems;
- The capability to automate repeated tasks queries, and reports; and provided data modelling and SQL Server debugging
- Create various daily and weekly reports using SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services)
- Experience with Business Intelligence Development Studio, Configuration Manager
- The ability to merge replication process as part of application upgrade for solution requiring merge replication
- Experience using SQL Profiler for performance tuning
- The ability to created stored procedures, triggers, functions, and SSIS
- The ability to create data dictionary and Microsoft Visio diagrams for current production databases
- Experience deploying code from Team Foundation Server to Management Studio.

BA/BS and 5 years experience
