Vice President of IT/IT Analyst - Hedge Fund

Hedge Fund.

Support and Development of the Companies Technology and Programming.

The successful candidate will have a Financial/Trading Floor Background  be entrepreneurial and have Fixed Income Product Knowledge having worked in a similar Trading Floor environment

Supporting all aspects of technology relating to US trading, to include supporting traders and staff.
Initial training period in London, then based in the US and report to the Head of Technology in the UK.
Specifically to support, modify and/or maintain system and IT infra-structure required for trading, risk and infrastructure management purposes

To provide programming and analytical support for trading staff.

Development experience a must have
Responsible for designing, coding, testing, debugging and documenting programs
The incumbent will work closely with trading teams and office administration staff and infrastructure servicing companies
To be responsible for generation of internal reports for risk and research purposes
To be responsible for IT infrastructure, locally managing service providers and organising required works
To act as point of contact for the Technology team in the US office

Working under the general direction of the Head of Technology in the UK, will complete parts of design, development and/or testing projects.
