Full-Time. Located in Mililani Technology Park.

Manage the safe and reliable operations, maintenance, and repair of Critical Infrastructure Hub and Headend distribution facilities, with respect to space allocation, commercial and emergency power distribution systems, cooling, fire suppression, and site security. This position provides field oversight and expertise with regards to change order evaluations and recommendations, value engineering, and coordination of Critical Infrastructure new Hub and Headend construction or expansion projects, and equipment upgrade or system hardening projects.

Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in Eletrical Engineering or related field preferred. Minimum of 2 years experience in maintaining and managing critical sites and equipment. Stable employment history.

SPECIAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGES AND ABILITIES : Must have a thorough understanding of CI operating systems and equipment, including electrical distribution systems, stand-by power generation systems, UPS systems, -48V DC plants, rectifiers, and inverters, HVAC systems, fire suppression systems, security and surveillance systems, and physical and environmental monitoring systems. Must possess good verbal communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize work. Must have working knowledge of local building codes and ADA requirements. Ability to recognize symptoms and problems, perform root cause analysis, and develop a plan of action of corrective action. Ability to work under pressure with good decision making, and interact in a professional manner with cross-functional teams. Must be able to perform basic math and geometry and proficient in PC applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Must be able to be in an on-call schedule rotation, requiring off-shift response. Must have a valid Hawaii driver's license and a safe driving record.
