Key Role:
Serve on a highly visible project team and interact hand-in-hand with the client and end users by serving as a requirements and test lead responsible for working with the end users to elicit and document requirements for the client in the form of use cases, user stories, and test cases. Represent stakeholders during sprint planning meetings with the development team by answering questions and clarifying requirements. Work with development team to test implemented features and ensure all of the requirements are met. Coordinate logistics for sprint reviews and user acceptance tests. Prepare release deliverables, including RTMs, Help files, and release notes. Assist in the design of application mock-ups. Work as an eager self-starter and as a leader in both independent and collaborative environments.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-5+ years of experience with leading requirements, gathering meetings, working directly with users to elicit, and document requirements for new features for Web-based applications-Experience with using JIRA for task tracking or other similar issue tracking tool and writing use cases, user stories, and test cases-Experience with preparing client-ready release deliverables-Experience with leading other team members to successful completion of schedule and milestones-Experience with reporting directly to clients-Knowledge of the agile software development life cycle-Top Secret clearance required-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:-Experience with using RoboHelp-Experience with using Balsamiq or similar mock-up tool to communicate interface requirements with stakeholders-Experience with preparing training materials

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
