The Time Warner Cable Corporate office currently seeks an Order Coordinator for our Complex Order Management Department. Below please find a brief description of the essential duties and responsibilities required to function successfully in this position.



Position Summary:

- Perform all order management functions for PRI orders including Matrix management of other departments to ensure customer expectations are met.

Essential Job Functions:

- Daily management of individual Salesforce.com queue and vendor GUIs that represent various states of readiness in order to complete.

- Identify and resolve issues in vendor GUIs through vigilant monitoring of the various queues and order states.

- Manage and escalate industry orders with the Carrier to meet customer commitments.

- Accurate complex data entry skills into multiple vendor and internal systems with the ability to adhere to and follow standard processes.

- Completion of all tasks and projects within stated timeframes.

- Lead cross functional meetings and day of installation coordinated cut overs.

- Troubleshoot unforeseen and varying situations to determine and engage the appropriate fix agent(s).

- Provide communication to the Region and updates regarding the status of the installation when appropriate.

- Prioritize workload and adjust accordingly as situations change.

- Communicate both written and orally with multiple departments including Sales, Technical Operations, Voice Operations and third party vendors in the scheduling of customer solutions.

- Analyze and perform root cause analysis of the daily invalid and rejected Complex orders to address and resolve issues.

- Consistently perform all duties and responsibilities according to production and quality standards and provide high quality customer service.

Job Requirements:

- 3-5 years telecommunications industry knowledge and familiarity with Local Number Portability guidelines.

- Order entry and provisioning knowledge of industry PRI and Voice Trunk customer solutions.

- Intermediate proficiencies with order management and billings systems such as ICOMs, CSG, SFDC, Neustar ESR, Sprint CPOM, MS Office software with the ability to learn other databases as required.

- Ability to function independently as well as actively participate in a team environment.

- Intermediate complex data entry skills into multiple vendor and internal systems with the ability to adhere to and follow standard internal and industry processes.

- Ability to learn multiple platforms and systems and enter orders efficiently.

- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.

- Strong organizational, verbal and written communication skill

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

- Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time

Preferred Qualifications:

- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.

- Understanding of telecommunications and networking technologies (WAN, LAN, TDM, Ethernet, VoIP, Internet)



Education and Experience:

Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
