Description

Key Role:

Provide technical expertise to lead software development activities for ongoing enterprise Web-based development projects. Maintain responsibility for designing and developing solutions, following best practices and established methodologies. Support requirements analysis and capture perspectives of multiple stakeholders and translate them into technical design. Perform evaluations of products and solutions, identify and consider design alternatives from business and technical perspectives, and communicate recommendations to clients. Support business development, market investments, and client engagements in the strategic analysis, planning, and execution of IT enabled business solutions.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-3+ years of experience with broad technology delivery, including custom development using J2EE technologies, such as Spring, Hibernate, JSF, Struts, GWT, or JavaScript, COTS implementations, such as GIS, reporting, or portal technology, and systems integration
-3+ years of experience with providing software engineering design, development, frameworks, analysis of alternatives, and presenting technical options to leads and clients
-Experience with working in a client-facing role, including briefing, building presentations, meeting facilitation, and engagement or outreach to key stakeholders
-Experience with DB, including SQL, PL/SQL, and DB architecture concepts
-Ability to think critically and analytically in an enterprise architecture environment
-Ability to understand complex business processes and articulate technical ideas in team and client environments
-Active Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with SOA infrastructure services, including security, service discovery, messaging, service management, and metadata management
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
