While a senior position, it requires hands-on PeopleSoft analysis, development, and documentation tasks with emphasis on complex PeopleSoft workflow, PeopleSoft customization, and PeopleSoft bolt-on enhancements. Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team is essential. The candidate should have experience in very large and complex PeopleSoft HRMS implementations so knowledge and experience in the Software Development Life Cycle and Configuration Management is essential.

What you need for this position:

-7years of experience in successful PeopleSoft implementations
-Experience with US Federal Civilian Agencies
-5+ years of PeopleSoft experience in PeopleSoft environments requiring complex PeopleSoft workflow and complex PeopleSoft customization or enhancement
-Experience in any large scale PeopleSoft implementation
