Key Role:

Serve on a highly functioning team working in a dynamic environment. Identify, document, manage, and validate user requirements for a Web application for the intelligence community (IC). Support the requirements and test lead by documenting new requirements. Capture meeting minutes, create mock-ups of requirements, log defects, and decompose requirements into manageable user stories. Validate requirements and execute functional testing, prepare for and execute user acceptance testing, and prepare release deliverables, including RTMs, help files, and release notes. Work directly with the client and development teams. Ensure understanding of the requirements, communicate defects, and resolve requirements related issues.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with using JIRA for task tracking
-2+ years of experience with using Adobe RoboHelp or a similar tool and Selenium automated testing tool or other automated testing tool
-2+ years of experience with using Balsamiq, Axure, or a similar mock-up tool to design, develop, and communicate interface requirements with stakeholders
-Experience with developing, collecting, and managing requirements dealing with Big Data and cloud analytics
-Experience with using Adobe Captivate to generate online Web-based help applications
-Knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle and SCRUM methodologies
-TS/SCI clearable
-BA or BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-1+ years of experience with the IC
-Experience with writing use cases, user stories, and workflow diagrams
-Experience with writing test plans, test cases, and test reports
-Experience with documenting, recreating, and testing software application defects
-Experience with and reporting directly to clients
-Ability to work independently and with others with minimal oversight
-Ability to prepare and present complex information effectively
