Key Role:

Leverage technical knowledge to assist the customer in the development and integration of new technologies with an application development focus. Design and develop enterprise applications in a Web environment. Apply a systematic approach to the analysis, design, assessment, implementation, test, maintenance, and reengineering of software. Analyze user needs to develop software solutions. Leverage knowledge of the Systems Development Lifecycle. Build strong customer relationships and work comfortably in a client site setting. This position is located in the northern VA area.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with multiple programming languages, including Java, C#, JavaScript, Ruby, Python, C, C++, and Perl
-Experience with relational databases, including Oracle, MySQL, and Microsoft SQL
-Experience with the Systems Development Lifecycle
-Experience with software development methodologies, including Agile
-Ability to translate customer requirements into application designs and systems requirements
-Ability to troubleshoot application and database issues
-Ability to create software development design documentation
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Ruby on Rails, Grails, and PHP
-Experience with HTML and CSS
-Experience with Eclipse or NetBeans
-Experience with ETL development
-Possession of excellent interpersonal, client relationship, and team leadership and development skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
