Key Role:

Support the Global Hosting Services group by providing operational management of a variety of Microsoft Windows and non-Windows Servers and technologies. Work with a variety of new technologies with many opportunities for growth, creativity, and self-management. Perform process documentation, work independently, and balance multiple tasks. Learn and transfer knowledge on new technologies. Provide IT support to a diverse staff and deliver quality work in a dynamic public-facing environment with exposure to high-level staff and clients. Work after-hours and weekends occasionally, as required. Re-engineer and maintain a regimented process for systems maintenance and management and map out migration from Windows Server 2003 Active Directory Domain to Windows Server 2008 domain over the next 6-12 months.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-2+ years of experience with Windows systems administration, design, and engineering
-1+ years of experience with managing Active Directory
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-HS diploma or GED
-Currently working towards MCSA Certification

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with VMware, including ESXi, VMware Player, and Virtual Center
-Experience with network topologies, subnets, configuration, including Cisco
-Experience with Firewall port security, including inbound and outbound
-Experience with data backup technologies
-BA or BS degree in CS preferred
