Description

Key Role:

Apply broad technical knowledge to assist the customer in the development and integration of new technologies. Analyze project and test plans and develop requirements documents and data models. Build strong customer relationships and work in a client site setting. This position is located in Herndon, VA.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience in a technical setting, including with one or many technologies, such as Java, Web development, ERP systems, and COTS and GOTS products integration software requirements management
-Experience with project management methodologies
-Experience with the systems development life cycle
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph required
-BS degree required

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with Agile development methodologies
-Experience with the project management framework
-Experience with leading software development projects
-Experience with business process analysis and change management
-Knowledge of the intelligence community and analysis process
-Possession of excellent team leadership, development, client relationship, consulting, organizational, time management, and interpersonal skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills

Clearance:
