Description

The application developer is responsible for analyzing, developing, implementing, and maintaining computer-based systems to meet business requirements. Activities include adhering to and enforcing standards and practices. Other responsibilities may include providing standards/guidelines for development. Must have a high level of comfort working in a rapidly changing environment, be an organized and detail-oriented self-starter with demonstrated analytical skills, strong interpersonal and communication skills and a passion for delivering a great user experience.

This role is for a UX (User Experience) developer to work on internal applications used to support Intel's Customer Facing Sales Business.

Qualifications

Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related discipline.
5+ years of professional experience in designing, developing, testing and deployment of enterprise applications.

Experience in designing integrated systems
Experience working with UX/UI and Visual designers in incorporating graphic assets into working solutions/code

Preferred Qualifications:

Development experience with Adobe AIR/Flex, Action Script, Adobe Data Services (LCDS)/BlazeDS is strongly desired
Development experience with Java J2EE, SAP CE experience is desired and a plus
Knowledge of agile methodology and experience working on Agile project teams
Collaborate closely with the Product Owner and other technical delivery team members to comprehend User Stories is desired

Additional Qualifications:

Able to adhere to and ensuring proper conformance to design and application of IT standards and coding practices
Strong verbal, written communication and analytical skills
Ability to effectively work on a team across geographical boundaries.
