Description

Job Description: Responsible for delivering construction projects globally using multiple project delivery and execution strategies at a competitive advantage. Responsibilities include planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to building and facilities construction projects. Responsibilities may include development of the contracting strategy, project scope, schedules, approval requirements, project budgets, quality and change controls. Develops timeline of project approval requirements. Interacts with customer staff, coordinates resources and schedule. Manages design output, design budgets, and performance management of the architectural and engineering vendor. Assures accuracy of financial forecasts with tie-in to project schedules. Manages the indirect budget, forecasts trades resources, resolves resource conflicts, and coordinates trades mobilization. Engaged in contract and legal negotiations, incident investigation, staff safety training, and project assessment. Ensures projects are completed according to project plans. Manages project team resourcing and training.

Qualifications

You should possess at a minimum a Bachelor of Science degree in engineering, construction, architecture or a related field with 10 years of experience in construction project management and/or manufacturing or related experience . A Master of Science degree in engineering, construction, architecture or business is desirable.
Must have permanent unrestricted legal right to work in the United States without sponsorship

Additional preferred qualifications include:
-PE license, PMI certification.
-Strong leadership and team organization skills
-Strong resource and priority management skills
-Excellent analytical and communication skills
-Ability to coordinate/interface with senior management as well as all project stakeholders

Position may require travel to support construction projects at various Intel sites across the globe. This is an individual contributor position.
