The Security Solutions research organization is part of the Security Research Lab (SRL) in the Circuits and Systems Research (CSR) group in Intel Labs. Members of the security solutions organization have a thorough understanding of state of the art security technologies across many platforms, and are industry experts in defining novel and complete security solutions utilizing these security building blocks for the benefit of OEMs, ISVs, enterprises, and individual technology users around the world.

In this position, you will join a team of accomplished security technologists to uniquely focus on the definition of next generation hardware and software security solutions for mobile data; data that seamlessly moves between multiple computing platforms. This includes the security of personal and enterprise data in emerging cloud computing paradigms as well as the security of data that is shared between the cloud and mobile devices such as phones and tablets.

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements:
- PhD in Computer Science or Computer Engineering and a record of research accomplishments in fields related to security, or a Master's degree in CS or CE, with at least 4 years of work experience focused on new technology contributions in the areas of cloud or mobile computing.
- 3 years experience developing system and application software for Linux based systems
- 3 years experience developing and designing security technologies

Preferred Qualifications:
- System and application development experience using Android
- Knowledge of Intel Architecture, assembly language, and the latest Intel CPU instructions
- Solid understanding of BIOS and firmware design and implementation
- Experience utilizing hardware security modules (HSM) and trusted platform modules (TPM)
- Experience developing system and application software for Microsoft Windows
