We are looking for a motivated Software Engineer to join our enterprise team. This person will need to work out of both the Hoboken and Princeton offices.The candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining client-requested customizations to the existing software.This is a challenging position that requires someone to think independently, but still work well with others. It is an opportunity to work for a great company with smart people on a large system that is used worldwide. Customer facing experiences is a major plus. Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities J2EE JavaScript XML, XLST SQL (Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server) HTML, CSS Web Services C#Drive (hands-on) the design/architecture, development, documentation and Leverage your application development experience to help enhance the Company's flagship product.Conduct Proof-of-Concept (POC), Solution Evaluation, Comparison, Estimation and Architecture RecommendationProvide architecture guidanceAbility to Self-Manage priorities and take ownership of deliverablesLead, persuade, and gain consensus from very diverse audiences.Train and mentor others in cutting edge technologiesCreate detailed architecture and design documents/artifactsExcellent communication (verbal and written), interpersonal, organizational, documentation, and presentation skills (to executive level staff and to large groups).

Qualifications
Qualifications/Requirements (minimum 5 years of experience)Experience with Oracle databaseExtensive experience writing PL SQL, Stored Procedures, Views, TriggersMust be well versed with Software Design PatternsStrong Understanding of software enterprise architectures, the application of technology and full life-cycle software application implementations.Must be well versed with UML and MS VisioStrong critical thinking and analytical skills and ability to think out of the box requiredStrong ability to manage prioritiesExcellent customer service and communication (oral/written) skills requiredWork independently on complex tasks with minimal technical and management guidanceDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
