Job Description: College Hire- JR Programmer Analyst

Required knowledge:
Familiar with OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and Design Concepts
Familiar with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) activities, including, requirements, design, Coding, Unit Testing, Deployment, and Maintenance
Familiar with the concepts of web-based application design and development
Web-based Thin Client architecture
Web site design and development
Web development languages and techniques, including HTML, XML, CSS, Javascript
Familiar with database access methods, including SQL
Conversational in the following software engineering areas:
OOP (Object Oriented Programming) and Design Concepts
Software engineering concepts: eg, encapsulation, information hiding, coupling, cohesion, modularity, and abstraction

Job Duties and Responsibilities:
Participate in analysis, design, development and support of technical solutionsEssentials Skills Required:
Bachelors Degree in a technical related major including, Computer Science, MIS, Computer Engineering, etc.
Experience with C++ and/or J2EE/Java development
Experience with C# and/or .NET development
Possession of excellent analytical skills (including object-oriented analysis and design)
Possession of excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment
Ability to work in the US for an indefinite period of time
