Operational C4I Integrator/Systems Administrator, Mid-01145733
Description
Key Role:
Act as a C4I integrator in support of modeling and simulations team. Maintain responsibility for the end-to-end simulation to Common Operational Picture (COP) stimulation. Install and configure GCCS-J, C2PC Gateway and client, and ICSF Servers and workstations. Coordinate with exercise Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) to ensure proper system configuration in accordance with OPTASK-COP and OPTASK-Link messages. Coordinate with simulation database developers to ensure proper COP naming conventions followed and participate in the design of exercise COP architecture in cooperation with exercise JICO. Monitor exercise COP to ensure proper display of all exercise tracks, develop support processes, and train ad-hoc technical assistants. Create and present platform, hands-on training, and training materials for system users. This position is located in Honolulu, HI.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:-3+ years of experience with systems's administration required-Experience with UNIX system administration, including Solaris-Secret clearance required
Additional Qualifications:-Experience with installing and configuring GCCS Servers a plus-Experience with installing and configuring C2PC Gateway and client workstations a plus-Experience with developing training materials and technical working aides preferred-Experience with supporting military Command Post Exercises a plus-Experience with Windows XP system administration a plus-BA or BS degree preferred-Security+ Certification
Clearance:
