Description

Key Role:
Perform analyses of system requirements and develop operational software subsystems. Perform software engineering and programming for large computers, minicomputer, and microprocessor-based applications. Guide efforts in requirements analysis, design, and coding methodologies. Apply expertise with database design approaches, documentation standards, and configuration management. Interpret and guide the implementation of DoD software policy and assure compliance with DoD test and evaluation requirements. This position is located in Honolulu, HI.

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-10+ years of experience with software engineering and programming for large computers, minicomputer, and microprocessor-based applications-Experience with requirements analysis, design, and coding methodologies, database design approaches, documentation standards, configuration management, DoD software policy, and DoD test and evaluation requirements required-Experience with the deployment of a major DoD software system required-Experience with initial systems requirements capture and mapping to an Operational Needs Statement-Current Top Secret clearance

Additional Qualifications:-Experience in the Asia Pacific region preferred-Experience with cyber threat and information protection strategies a plus-BA or BS degree preferred

Clearance:
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; Top Secret clearance is required.
