Full-time, hire = Active Directory/Exchange Engineer. $80 - 90K base. Houston based client and they only want local applicants. You must be able to manage 6,000+ mailboxes.

Minimum requirements:

- You have been making a living as a MS-Active Directory/Exchange Engineer for the last 6 years or more
- You have managed large messaging environments and can step in and manage their enterprise of 6,000+ users/mailboxes
- Again, no relocation. They want a local/Houston applicant

Duties:

- Develop, plan, configure, upgrade and maintain the enterprise Exchange 2010 DAG environment including troubleshooting, performance planning, capacity planning and continuity planning.
- Administration of Active Directory policies, security, AD replication and advance knowledge of Microsoft internetworking technologies including Windows Server 2008, file and print services, DNS, WINS, DHCP, DFS, and Group Policy
- Experience deploying and managing hardware's such as Servers, Switches, and WiFi .
- Experience with backup/restore, disaster recovery, and high availability
- Manage and troubleshoot mobile devices such as Active-sync and Blackberry
- Maintaining detailed and comprehensive documentation and diagrams.
- Research and implement new technologies to improve the enterprise infrastructure
- Hardware management and ability to add, move, and rack hardware
