Position Summary

A Business Analysis is needed to answer how to questions, provide Advisor training, provide day to day support on career distribution applications, write test plans, test software releases, interpreting changes business practices and use excel to generate usage reports related to the applications supported by the department. Work with the business units, managements and end users to write business requirement documents for sales related projects. Write detailed applications and high level test plans specifications for financial applications.

Organizational Structure:

This position reports to the Director of Sales Technology and works in a team environment

Position Requirements
The Ideal Candidate will have:

4+ years of professional experience in business analysis; Business Analyst background; Strong Excel experience; Ability to balance work load and set priorities based on direction provided by management; Must be a self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills; Strong work Ethic; Reliable. Track record automating and stream lining processes. Background in internal/external sales a plus.
