We are looking for a Data Analyst/Report Writer. The overview of the role is below:

• Maintain Global Energy Support workspace, data and processes.
• Work with offshore support team in India on issues with the site.
• Train users as needed, to include contractors on and offshore and managers.
• Chair monthly meetings with contractors, to include monthly checklist for GES "Close", and information on any site/process updates and/or site issues.
• Work on monthly Accrual for GES, Research invoice/payable issues in SAP, contacts for onboarding - getting laptops, work spaces, phones, badges, 431's.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Prepare monthly metrics.
• Update Dashboard weekly.
• Reconcile IO's, work with Finance to move costs between IO's as needed.
