Position Summary:
As the Help Desk Support Analyst you will be providing First Level Technical Support for remote customers, maintaining a high resolution rate and high customer satisfaction ratings.
Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years of First Level Technical Support experience.
Must be proficient in support of MS Office Suite 2003 - 2010 (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Operating Systems support for Windows XP thru Windows 7 and 8;
Perform basic and advanced troubleshooting steps on DELL Laptops; VPN Connectivity (RSA/Checkpoint); Wireless technology; Active Directory (password resets and account management). Printer installations (DELL, HP, etc); Blackberry support; IPAD and Apple product support.

Position Requirements
The Ideal Candidate Should Have:
Minimum of 5 years of First Level Technical Support experience.

Applicant must have excellent verbal and written communication skills along with high customer service skills.
A+ certification desired but not required
