Job Description: Sample Manager

CGI is searching for a Sample Manager to work closely with the project manager and technical team to ensure successful migration and transformation of Legacy data from SampleManager 2001 and 2004 instances to SampleManager 10. In addition to upgrading to SampleManager 10, the project will also be moving from a local deployment model to three regional instances that are shared by multiple sites. Legacy data will be consolidated and transformed to facilitate this process.

Requirements:

Experience as an Analyst and leader for the conversion of a Legacy custom application to LIMS.
Experience Analyzing source system customizations and data structures, design mappings to the new LIMS representations, develop custom software to Extract- Transform- Load (ETL) the source data to the new destination system.
Over 5 years of Sample Manager (v9 and v10 preferred) experience
1 year + of (LabWare preferred) LIMS experiences.
Sample Manager customization experience for dashboards, reports, stored procedures, and workflow automation.
