Position Description:
Location: Houston, Texas
3-5 years experience performing complex programming, testing, and debugging functions related to the implementation of RICEFW (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Forms, Workflow) objects for SAP modules
Participated in 2 or more R/3 or ECC major system implementations and/or upgrades
Demonstrated expertise using SAP programming tools inclusive of ABAP/4, ALE, IDocs, BAPI's, BADI's, Function Modules, Classes, SAPscript and Smartforms
Proficient knowledge of data dictionary, menu painter, screen painter, ALV reporting and other development related transactions
Familiarity with Linux/UNIX and FTP is preferred
Prior experience with ECC New Ledger tables is preferred
Performs detailed analysis of business process requirements and provides the appropriate system solution
Translates functional specifications into technical solutions
Designs, builds and tests Object Oriented programming
Sound knowledge of programming principles to write efficient, easy to maintain code
Prepares comprehensive technical documentation including specifications, test conditions and test data
Partners with peers when integrating functionalities across applications and/or modules
Perform all facets of the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Ability to work in a team environment, effectively interacting with others
Knows what satisfies customers and makes customer satisfaction a high priority for self and team
Results oriented, and demonstrates a can-do attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness
