What you need for this position:
- 4 Plus years of professional experience
- Experience w/Microsoft SQL Server 2008 using stored procedures, T-SQL Functions
- Excellent communication and problem solving skills
- Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint) required.
What you'll be doing:
- Monitor, performance and troubleshoot database system to provide optimal - Help design, implement, and establish standard operating procedures and best practices
- Assume overall responsibility for the management of the system with 24 hour emergency technical support
- Backup and Data Recovery of the data stored in the server
- Develop, schedule, and monitor the performance of the various maintenance task on a daily basis
