User Support Analyst, Mid-01144160

Description

Key Role:
Provide end-user support and project coordination for an existing document management system and Design and Data Management System (DDMS) implemented on the Windchill COTS solution. Work with the user community, including a contracting officer and engineers to provide one-on-one user assistance and support of DDMS. Provide periodic updates to training materials and coordinate and conduct training sessions. Support initiatives, including a model-based engineering release effort. Develop and maintain project plans and schedules. Provide project coordination for System Requirements Review (SRR), Preliminary Design Review (PDR), and Operational Readiness Review (ORR).

Qualifications

Basic Qualifications:-3+ years of experience with providing user desktop support-Experience with developing user training materials and presenting training sessions-Experience with PTC Windchill enterprise product and Windchill PDMLink model-based engineering solution-Ability to give presentations to application and system owners-Ability to obtain a security clearance-AA or AS degree required

Additional Qualifications:-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills-BA or BS degree preferred
